    Quick Link Bureau de Change Limited (QLBDC) was granted approval  to operate as an authorized Foreign Exchange Dealer by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 2009.

    In June 2014, the Central Bank of Nigeria reviewed the requirements for maintaining a Bureau de Change License in Nigeria. These changes included the increase of Share Capital and also the increase of the Statutory Mandatory Deposit with the Apex Bank. Our Company has met all the conditions laid out by the new Directive.
